Everyone have experiences of anger sometimes,
but some people do very well in that, others don't.
As to do well that it looks very hard for us.
When it seems occuring a bit, we should control our
mind peaceful. Take a deep breath, then you recognize
what will happen, if you lost control by that.
You need to understand what causes this pressure,
and try to reduce that stress before it transforms into anger.
as long as you do it the way, then you will make a big progress.
